Practice Compliance is the place where all the Practice’s document are added. It is similar to the issue log in the company where all the compliance for the particular branches is added in the list.
The certificates of each departments, the accident books, maintenance records, Risk Assessment, Health & Safety, Insurance, Employee Schedules, etc., are some of the subcategory of the practice documents.
Practice Compliance Report
This module describes the overall Compliance report for different practices. This clearly states the list of documents that are uploaded and what not. The details of the report along with the document category and subcategory are displayed against each Practice.
Policies and Procedures
This module mainly focus on the policy documents for the organization. The policies and procedure for each category and subcategory is selected and the document is uploaded to the system which can be checked from all level of the user in the portal.
The document can be download and reviewed and if any changed to be made can be easily done from Company Admin side. The employees and dental professional who is part of the organization can view the document and download it based on the need.
