# How can a Company Admin / Practice Manager approve or reject an Advance Request?

After logging in as Company Admin / Practice Manager:

1. 1. Go to **Financial → Advance Requests.**
2. 2. View the list of advance request details.
3. 3. Select a request with **Pending** status and click:
4. - **Approve**→The request is approved instantly for the user.
   - **Reject** → The request moves to **Rejected**status.
