# How can the Company Admin/ Practice Manager set the users rate and their availability?

After logging in as Company Admin / Practice Manager:

1. Go to **Financial → Users Rate.**
2. Select the **Branch, Role** and **User.**
3. Select the **Category** and click **Set Rates & Schedule.**
4. In the pop-up window, enter the **Rate**and **Working Days,** including **In** and **Out** times.
5. Click **Save** to set the user’s rate and availability.
