# How to copy weekly Rota entries?

After Logging in as a Company Admin

1. 1. Go  to Rota Module → **View Rota weekly.**
2. 2.Click on the **Copy icon** on the right side of the **screen.**
    A **"Copy Rota Week"** popup will be displayed.
3. 3. Enter the **required details:**
   - **Source** Week
   - **Target**Week
4. 4. Number of**weeks to copy.**
5. 5. Click on the **Copy Week button.**
