# How to Sign Up / Register for company?

After clicking the **Sign Up** button on the DPP website or **Create Account** on the Login page, choose **Company:**

1.  Fill in the required details, including **Contact Person, Surgery Name, Contact No.,** and **Email Address.**
2. Enter the captcha and tick the checkbox to accept the **Terms and Conditions.**
3. Click **Sign Up,** then verify your email address.
