# How users can add new tickets?

After logging in as a user:

1. Go to **Support → Submit Ticket.**
2. Select the **Priority** and **Subject,** enter your **message,** and attach a screenshot if required.
3. Click **Submit Ticket.** Your request will be raised, and the support team will contact you.
