Any Dentist/ Hygienist and other dental staff can signup and create his own profile. He/ she can upload his/ her document on the DPP portal and can share to different practices. He/ she can edit the uploaded document. The DPP portal will generates an alert to the dentist/ hygienist or othe other dental staff and let know now about the expired documents so that he/ she can upload the latest one and keep the data updated.

The Dashboard gives an overall count of active employees in the Dental Practices.
The active employees include personnel such as Accountant, Dentist, Hygienist, Nurse, Practice Manager, Receptionist and Trainee Nurse.
The Company Profile is the area where all the Practice details are saved and can be modified. The company name, type, status and email id are non-editable fields whereas the address, designation, contact person and contact number are editable. The Dental Practice logo can also be uploaded from this page.
The Dental Practice’s list can be viewed within the Dental Practices page. The new practices can be added to the list, and the existing practice details can be viewed, edited or deleted based on each requirement.
The practice name, postcode and address details are maintained in this record too.
Dental Labs are the list of available Dental Labs for the Practices. The lab details can be edited or deleted.
If any new labs are requested to be added to the list, the ‘Add New’ functionality will support this addition.
In Assign Dental Labs, each lab can be assigned to practices, which can be decided by the Dental Practice.
The labs are mapped to the practices which means the lab is available to use at each designated practice.
The NHS contract details can be added to the NHS Contract, to facilitate the easy access of details on UDA contracts. These are lists of contracts created by the organisation for the practice.
The new contracts can be added, edited or deleted based on the requirement.
On the Manage Banks page, Practices are prompted to add in their bank details to enable online payments. The list of paying banks can be added to the page; the current bank details can also be deleted.
If you need to change your bank details, the update option will help you do that.
The Payable Adjustments helps the practice to include different adjustments for their payments.
New types of payable adjustments can be added to the list and also any modification requests can be made as well.
The Deductions Page helps the practice to add new Deduction Categories for their Dental Practices. The previously added deductions can also be checked. If there are any modifications required, the application allows them to make the changes.
If the existing deduction needs to be removed from the list, then the delete option helps to apply the change.
Practice Subscription History is shown in the Subscriptions Page. When the practice decides to purchase a subscription before it expires, they can also add the New Subscription Plan. The existing plan details are also available in the same page within DPP which helps them to check their Subscription Plan. The details include the company name, the package the company has, the starting and ending dates of the subscription, the plan (Monthly/Yearly), and the status of the subscription.
In the View Tickets Page, the registered issue tickets can be checked along with the status. The Generated Ticket Number with Date and the Current status of the ticket are shown in the table.
It also gives the privilege to add new tickets with the help of the ‘Add new’ link in the same page.
Any problems experienced in the application can be registered as an issue ticket in the ‘Submit a Ticket’ page.
