1. After login to the DPP portal, choose Company

2. Fill in the details like contact person, surgery name, Email, and captcha

3. Click the check box and click sign up, then verify the email

1. After login to the DPP portal, choose Professional portfolio

2. Fill in the details like GDC registered name, Role, and Email

3. Enter the captcha and click on the check box to accept the terms and conditions
