Practice Compliance is the place where all the Practice document’s are uploaded. It is similar to the issue log in the company where all the compliance for the branches is added in the list.
The certificates of each department, the accident books, maintenance records, Risk Assessment, Health & Safety, Insurance, Employee Schedules, etc, are some of the subcategories of the practice documents.
Practice Compliance Report
Practice Compliance Report’s page describes the overall Compliance report for different practices. This clearly states the list of documents that have been uploaded and those that haven’t been. The details of the report along with the document category and subcategory are displayed against each Practice.
Policies and Procedures
The Policies and Procedures section mainly focuses on the policy documents for the Dental Practices. The policies and procedures for each category and subcategory is selected and the document is uploaded to the system which can then be checked from all levels of the user in the portal.
The document can be downloaded and reviewed and if any changes need to be made, these can be easily from Company Admin side. The employees and dental professional who is part of the organisation can view the document and download it based on the requirement.
