After logging in as a Staff:
- Go to Attendance → Mark Attendance.
- Verify the branch name selected (by default) on the top of the page is correct (If not then change the branch from the dashboard).
- Select Attendance Type on the radio button.
- Click on the CheckIn / CheckOut button for marking the attendance.
Note: If a user logs in from the practice and is still unable to mark attendance, please ensure the following:
- Mobile data is OFF on the device.
- VPN is OFF.
